Great (gun)shots from last episodes, Missy - 'Atta girl, lolol! ;) I spent a part of my childhood growing up just outside Regent Park where last week's episode was shot, and it brought back great memories for me (esp. when you said Queen and Sumach, Missy ;), and I recognized a lot of the buildings and landmarks. I remember seeing Missy a few years ago in Maxim, but then happened to catch Rookie Blue one night, and remembered the name and face. Congrats on being the main character; it's always great to see Canadians succeed. I've enjoyed the show so far. Keep up the great work, Missy! I'd love to be casted in a future episode if the Rookie Blue team plans to do an episode involving marijuana grow-ups or international organised crime, even if I'm just an extra. :) |

Hi I can't believe the one-per-day post is necessary. Jeez. I pretty much found my way here because I needed a big dose of girl power. It really did help me. Thanks. I have noticed two things recently, and I connect them both to 'Rookie Blue.' I guess I thought I could brighten your day by sharing them.. 1. I trust cops now. I never used to. They were "the crazy guys allowed to carry guns in public," to me and to most of my friends. I never ever saw them as human beings. I never particularly wanted to. It's easier to hate people who you disagree with for their decisions, rather than understand the reasons behind the decisions they have made. Naturally, ever since I came to this conclusion, most interactions with police I have had have been astonishingly reasonable. There have been a few irritating interactions, mostly trying to deal with domestic abuse and older white guys scared of women, but for the most part civility seems to breed the same. This is big progress for me. I generally don't deal with authority figures well. 2. The other thing that seems to have shifted is my ability to deal with tense situations with ed-off men without losing my mind or my nerve. My sister's crazy bf was over yesterday, screaming away at me. Somehow, I found the strength to hold my ground without losing my mind and placing myself in harm's way, or crawling away scared. Thanks. |

I've been a fan for a while now. I'm not even in gymnastics and stick it is one of my favorite movies and rookie blue is the best summer show. I've been trying to get back into the shape I was in a couple years ago. College kinda messed it up with around 15lbs. I've got my arms and back again but I can't get my abs and legs back... I'm not out of shape but I am for myself. I'm very active with a coed and all womens soccer league 4 days a week. What is your secret? This may be desperate sounding but I'm out of ideas. I eat relatively healthy. Thanks in advanced. Open to any advice. |

Hey Missy I watched that movie stick it a while back and man it was a good movie. Movies like this can strengthen people in so many ways. I also found out about Black Sash and that was a hit series to me. It's ashame that it stoped we could all use a good series like that. I havent yet checked out rookie blue but I will. Most of my life now revovles around health and meditation. One of the best books I have read in my life is Awakening the Buddha Within by Lama Sura Das. The book changed my life and bought total meaning to it. This is my first posting. I'll just think of something to write later thanks. |

Grist shut the up! have you seen stick it jackass?! she knows how to act or she wouldent be the star of a series that everyone is saying they absolutley LOVE. Why would you come on here just to say then when you dont know what your talking about? Crossing her arms means she dosent know how to act? hahahahahhah Hey missy you rock! -cole |
|
Missy, you fold your arms across your chest way too much. It makes you look like a middle school student who hasn't learned to act. |

Hey Missy, just wanted to say Rookie Blue is my absolute favorite show of all time! It's an amazing show, and you and the other actors are remarkable! I happen to follow you, Charlotte, Enuka & Gregory on Twitter, and I have to say...other celebrities might not do this, but the 4 of you seem to genuinely love and care about your fans. Oh, that reminds me, I have bit of a funny story to tell ya. I call it my "Canadian Cab Ride from Hell". Here goes: My family and I went on an Alaskan cruise several years ago, where, at the end of the cruise, we docked in Vancouver. We had to hail a cab from the airport to our hotel. To make an already long story short, this cab driver, I promise you, had no regard for any speed limits. I'm sitting in the back, holding onto the handlebar, going "Please God, don't let me die in this freakin cab!" That was my first, and so far, only experience with Canadian drivers. Anyway, I just want to wish you continued success on Rookie Blue and in everything you do! Cody from Tennessee |

I just wanted to share with you an interesting event from a few days ago. Work in brokerage department can be boring, but last Monday that was not the case. All day long we were following news on CNBC. My colleague was changing channels and I saw you on the screen. I didn’t know who you where, but …. You were so beautiful that I didn’t allow them to change the channel back to CNBC. And for the next hour everyone in the office had to watch “Stick It” He he heeeee ….. I live in Belgrade - Serbia and, unfortunately, I cannot watch series in which you play, but I downloaded Stick It, and saw it today, again. I read couple of your interviews, and I see that you are a good girl. I wish you all the best. Nenad |
